Terms & Conditions

  • Patients’ inquiries and admission confirmations are done through mails and telephone.
  • An advance will be collected for the confirmed admissions.
  • Advance for:
    • Standard rooms – 25000/- INR
    • Deluxe Rooms – 30000/- INR
    • Suites and Cottages – 50000/- INR
  • Cancellation Policy
    • If there is a cancellation from the patient side, the full amount will be reimbursed back if it is 45 days before the arrival date.
    • If it falls short of 45 days, 25% will be deducted and the rest of the amount will be reimbursed.
    • If it falls short of 30 days, 50% will be deducted and the rest of the amount will be reimbursed.

Note:

  • Reimbursement amount can be kept in Saranya’s account in your name for your own use for future treatments or medicines or it can be utilized for the treatment of your family or friends at Saranya.
  • Reimbursement cash transactions can only be done to Indian Bank accounts and not foreign ones.
  • Airport & Railway station pickup is arranged for the patients on request, which will be charged according to the point of arrival.
  • The admission process will be done at the Front Office on arrival.
  • For Indian nationals, an ID proof(Aadhar card, passport, driver’s license, or voter’s ID) is to be submitted at registration, which will be returned after completion of the admission process. The photo of the patient will be taken at the registration desk as well.
  • For Foreign national patients, the original passport is to be submitted at registration, which will be returned after completion of the admission process and submitting of C-form. The photo of the patient will be taken at the registration desk as well.
  • Registration will also provide a Consent form that the patient can sign after reading.

Office

  • The Patient Relations Officer(PRO) will be visiting the patient’s room every alternate day. Additionally, the patient can avail of PRO visitations by contacting the Front Desk.
  • All payments are processed through the office.
  • For any inquiries regarding official matters, the admitted patients can dial extension no 319 from their room phones.
  • Any non-medical facilities like pooja (temple), outgoing vehicles, etc should also be processed through the office.

Housekeeping

  • Patient’s rooms and bathrooms are cleaned daily.
  • The bedsheets are changed after 2 days.
  • Paid laundry facility is available for the patients and bystanders. Clothes are collected every day in the morning, cleaned, and delivered back to the patient room by evening.
  • Mineral water and Tissue rolls are provided on request and will be charged.
  • Medicinal water is supplied to the patient’s room every day in the morning.
  • Herbal fumigation is done every day in the evening inside the patient’s rooms.

Accounts

  • An estimated bill is given to the admitted patients weekly.
  • Receipts for the advance payments are given to the patients as soon as we receive the payment.
  • Payments are accepted by Cash, Bank transfer, or Card payments.
  • Additionally, 1.75% will be charged on all the card payments as a processing fee.
  • Cheque payments are also accepted up to 7 days before the patient’s discharge date.

Refund policy

  • There is no refund for services already availed.
